Adolph Mueller-A Favorite German Mid Sweet Reisling
First off I have to say, when it comes to summer time drinking of wine, white German Rieslings are my favorite. I am like a kid in the candy store when I shop at Total Wine. This bottle was $15.99 as of May 2015. I like to buy my favorites of course, but also look forward to trying different wines in case I have missed something. Always looking for the WOW, this is amazing, flavor.
The Adolph Mueller wines have never steered me wrong. The wine I am writing about today is the 2013 Piesporter Goldtropfchen Riesling Kabinett. This is a bit sweet but nothing like an Auslese. It has a bit of a pink grapefruit taste and is low in alcohol as well. Just at 7.5%, so pour me another !?
The collection of Adolph Mueller wines is extensive and to tell you the truth, I enjoy so many of them, I do get confused while shopping, which was my very favorite. Anyway, this is one of them if I feel like going a bit sweet so enjoy!
